1. Informational Content & Professional Advice Disclaimer

All guides, checklist materials, tax calculations, and process breakdowns published on purequestsrtnst.xyz are provided solely for general informational and educational purposes.

CRITICAL LEGAL NOTICE: The content on this website does not constitute formal legal, customs, taxation, or certified automotive engineering advice. Informational material does not replace direct consultation with qualified automotive professionals, licensed transport carriers, certified customs brokers, marine cargo insurance underwriters, or official government road authorities (e.g. DVLA, Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt, ANTS, RDW).

2. Scope of Concierge Services vs. Direct Dealership Sales

PureQuest SRTNST Services Ltd operates as an independent automotive import concierge and logistics coordinator. Unless explicitly executed under a separate formal bill of sale wherein PureQuest SRTNST Services Ltd is identified as titleholder, our entity is not the direct legal seller or owner of vehicles researched, inspected, or transported. Contracts for the ultimate acquisition of any vehicle are entered into directly between the client (purchaser) and the foreign third-party seller (dealer or private individual).

3. Inspection Limitations & Absence of Mechanical Guarantees

Pre-purchase inspections arranged through our concierge network represent independent, professional evaluations of a vehicle's visible, audible, and diagnostic condition at the exact time of examination:

  • An inspection does not constitute a mechanical warranty, breakdown guarantee, or financial insurance policy against future component failure.
  • Inspectors do not dismantle engines, transmissions, sealed differentials, or safety systems unless specifically contracted for forensic tear-downs.
  • Hidden defects, latent metal fatigue, intermittent electrical faults, or fraudulent seller concealment (such as temporary oil additives or cleared intermittent DTCs) cannot always be uncovered during non-invasive inspections.

4. Transport Logistics & Carrier Liability

Physical transportation of vehicles is performed by licensed, specialized road carriage operators. All international carriage by road is subject to the provisions of the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR Convention, Geneva, 1956) and the specific terms of the issuing carrier's Bill of Lading.

PureQuest SRTNST Services Ltd assists in arranging, monitoring, and supervising transport, but liability for road incidents, transit delays, weather disruptions, or physical cargo damage rests with the primary carrier's CMR and goods-in-transit insurance policies.

5. Customs, Fiscal Surcharges & Registration Approval

While we advise on paperwork completeness and calculate expected duty or emissions taxes based on published statutory formulas:

  • Ultimate customs tariff classification and valuation decisions reside exclusively with border customs authorities.
  • Destination road approval (MOT, TÜV, Contrôle Technique, RDW keuring) depends on the physical vehicle meeting current national standards upon arrival.
  • PureQuest SRTNST Services Ltd cannot be held liable for retroactive changes in local emissions tax law, political shifts in import regulations, or administrative delays within national licensing agencies.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary content, brand logos, graphic marks, technical guides, checklist designs, and visual interface systems on purequestsrtnst.xyz are the exclusive intellectual property of PureQuest SRTNST Services Ltd and protected under European and international copyright conventions. Reproduction, redistribution, or mirroring of these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PureQuest SRTNST Services Ltd, its directors, employees, and subcontracted partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages—including lost profits, travel costs, storage fees, or loss of enjoyment—arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, informational materials, or third-party vehicle transactions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. The commercial courts of Brussels, Belgium, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or related to these terms.
